1. Products & Orders

  • We sell home furnishings: sofa beds, nightstands, and floor lamps.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and material variations.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

Sofa Beds:

  • Follow assembly instructions carefully. Improper assembly can cause instability or injury.

  • Ensure locking mechanisms are secure when in sofa or bed position.

  • Do not exceed weight limits.

  • Keep away from children when folding/unfolding (pinch points).

Nightstands:

  • Place on level, stable surface.

  • Do not overload drawers.

  • Use anti-tip device if recommended for tall units.

Floor Lamps (Electrical Safety):

  • Do not use with damaged cords or plugs.

  • Keep away from children.

  • Unplug when not in use for extended periods.

  • Do not exceed maximum wattage.

  • Keep flammable materials away from bulbs.

3. Furniture Safety Standards
Products comply with applicable ASTM stability standards. Electrical lamps comply with UL 153.

4. Flammability Standards
Upholstered sofa beds comply with California TB 117-2013.

5. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper assembly, overloading, electrical issues, accidents).

7. Governing Law
Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
